Exercise is Medicine Norway, the Norwegian branch of the American College of Sports Medicine's global health initiative, faced a critical operational barrier: despite their mission to integrate physical activity into standard clinical care, the organization was functioning entirely without formal IT infrastructure or digital tools. This absence of technological foundation hindered their ability to coordinate activities, manage internal operations, and establish a professional digital presence. Recognizing this gap, EIM Norway Coordinator Ole Dalene Holst engaged Sehford Systems to serve as their independent IT partner and architect a complete technological ecosystem from the ground up.

The engagement began with comprehensive discovery sessions to map EIM Norway's daily operations and identify critical pain points where digital transformation would yield immediate impact. Rather than prescribing complex enterprise solutions, we prioritized a fast, cost-effective technology strategy that aligned with the organization's resource constraints and operational urgency. After evaluating various use cases and frameworks, we deployed a Google Workspace environment to streamline internal collaboration, communication, and document management, alongside a custom no-code website that established their professional digital presence without the overhead of traditional development cycles.
