1. Introduction

Sehford Systems Co. is a technical consultancy providing specialized services in system architecture, cloud modernization, and intelligent automation. By engaging with our services, you agree to adhere to these terms.

2. Services

We provide a range of strategic and technical services, including but not limited to:

  • Fractional CTO Advisory & Strategic Roadmap Development

  • Cloud Infrastructure Design & Modernization

  • Tailored AI Agent Deployment & Automation Frameworks

  • Systematic Deployment & Operational Oversight The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timelines will be defined in a separate Project Proposal or Statement of Work (SOW).

3. Project Proposals and Approvals

Before the commencement of any engagement, a detailed SOW will be shared. Once signed or approved in writing, the project will begin. Any changes to the scope after approval may require a revised timeline and additional fees.

4. Fees and Payments

A agreed amount % deposit is required before the start of any project, with the remaining rest % due upon milestone completion or final delivery as specified in the SOW.

  • Payments are to be made via approved payment methods.

  • Late payments may result in a suspension of services and could incur a late fee.

5. Revisions

Our systematic approach includes iterative feedback loops. The number of included revisions will be specified in the SOW. Additional requests outside the original architecture may be billed at our hourly rate, communicated to you in advance.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure operational velocity and project success, you agree to:

  • Provide necessary technical access, documentation, and assets in a timely manner.

  • Respond to communication within a reasonable timeframe to avoid deployment delays.

  • Designate a primary point of contact for final approvals.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all final custom-developed code, architectures, and deliverables will be transferred to you. Sehford Systems Co. retains the right to use non-proprietary frameworks developed during the project and to showcase the engagement in our portfolio, unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) states otherwise.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

If you decide to cancel the project after work has commenced, you will be billed for all hours and milestones completed up to that point. Deposits are non-refundable once the project architecture phase has begun.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect and keep confidential any proprietary information, trade secrets, or sensitive technical data shared during the course of the project. This includes, but is not limited to, business plans, codebase, and internal financial data.
